当院では、日本語でのコミュニケーションに不安がある外国人の方にも、安心・安全に医療サービスをお受けいただける体制の整備に努めております。
脳神経を専門とするクリニックとして、主に「頭をぶつけた」「頭痛やめまいがする」等のご症状に関しての診療を行っております。
At our clinic, we are committed to providing a reassuring and safe medical service for foreigners who may feel uneasy about communicating in Japanese. As a clinic specializing in neurology, we primarily offer consultations for symptoms such as “head injuries” “headaches,” and “dizziness.”
月曜午後から金曜午前に勤務しております、院長：岩田智則の診療日は英語での診療が可能です。
また、受付にも英語対応可能なスタッフがおりますので、ご受診をご希望の方は事前にお問い合わせいただければと思います。
Our director, Dr. Tomonori Iwata, who works from Monday afternoon to Friday morning, is available for consultations in English. Additionally, we have staff at the reception who can assist in English. If you wish to make an appointment, please contact us in advance.

英語対応可能なスタッフが不在の場合、Google翻訳機能などを使用して対応することがあります。

新たに、第4日曜日の反町隆俊先生(東海大学医学部付属病院 教授)診療日についても、外国人患者様の積極的受け入れを開始いたしました。
反町先生には毎週水曜日・金曜日の夜診療(18：00～21：00)もご担当いただいておりますので、英語での診療が可能でございます。
We have also started actively accepting foreign patients on Dr. Sorimachi’s consultation day, which is the fourth Sunday of each month. (Dr. Sorimachi is professor of Tokai University Hospital) Dr. Sorimachi is also available for evening consultations every Wednesday and Friday (from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM), and can provide consultations in English.

・日本の公的医療保険ご加入の場合は健康保険証
・現在の服薬情報
・マスク(院内では皆様にご着用をお願いしております)
日本の公的医療保険の健康保険証をお持ちではない場合
・ご本人確認ができる、顔写真付き身分証(在留カードまたはパスポート等)
どちらも持っていない場合は、名前と顔が確認できるもの（自国の身分証明書など）

・Health insurance card if you are enrolled in Japan’s public health insurance
・Current medication information
・Mask (everyone is required to wear one inside the clinic)
If you do not have a health insurance card for Japan’s public health insurance:
・Photo ID for identity verification (Residence card or passport, etc.)
If you do not have either, a document with your name and photo (such as an ID from your home country)
お支払方法について
現金もしくはクレジットカード(ご一括払いのみ)でのお支払いが可能です。
日本では、医療行為ごとに全国一律で保険点数が決められています。
そのルールに則り、１点につき10円として医療費を計算しています。
日本の公的医療保険の健康保険証をお持ちでない場合、その全額を自費としてお支払いいただいております。自国の公的医療保険や海外の民間保険にご加入の場合にも、全額負担になりますので注意してください。
民間保険の対象となるケースでも、日本でかかった治療費は一度、全額を支払ったうえで、後日、保険会社に請求する必要があります。
金額が記載された紙と、どのような治療を行ったのか記載された紙をお渡ししますので、支払いが完了したことを証明するものとして領収書は保管してください。
薬が処方されている場合は処方箋が出されます。ここまでで病院での診療は終わりです。
処方箋は薬局に持っていき、薬をもらってください。日本全国どこの薬局でも大丈夫ですが、病院で払った医療費とは別に薬代がかかります。
Payment Methods
You can pay with cash or with credit card (single payment only).
In Japan, medical fees are standardized nationwide for medical treatments. According to these rules, each medical fee is calculated as 10 yen per point.
If you do not have Japanese public health insurance, you will need to pay the full amount of the medical fees. If you are enrolled in private health insurance from your home country or an overseas travel insurance plan, you will need to pay the full amount first and then apply for reimbursement from your insurance company afterward.
We will provide you with a receipt that includes a detailed statement of the medical services you received, which you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. If medication is prescribed, you will receive a prescription. This marks the end of your consultation at the hospital. Please take the prescription to a pharmacy to obtain your medication. Any pharmacy in Japan will be able to fill your prescription, but please note that the cost of the medication is separate from the medical expenses paid at the hospital.

If you need a medical certificate for insurance claims or other purposes, we can issue one later. Depending on the situation, it may take some time to prepare the certificate, so please inform the doctor or staff if you require one.
